1. How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order. You can track your order by calling our Customer Contact Center at (603) 8076 9184, or email us at solesimpleshoe@gmail.com.

2. How can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be(may) changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/ exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Click here to learn more about our return policy.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
After order received, we will ship out once payment has been verified. Within 2 – 3 business days after payment received.

4. Can I place an international order?
Currently, we only deliver to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam.
